Over the last 4 years, they’ve delivered campaigns into nearly 100 counties and in 40 languages.
The marketing agencies strategy services focus on Insight, Content and Demand. These services are based upon deep expertise, proven methodologies, and are enabled by unique tools and systems. In the past two years they’ve delivered marketing campaigns into almost 90 countries and 40 languages.
About the Customer Marketing Manager role:
They’re hiring for a Customer Marketing Manager with experience delivering high-impact customer stories via high-reach formats.
This role will focus on a particular tech giant client, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the voice of the customer resonates across various digital channels. The role will be client facing, working directly with customers for story discovery, content creation and final content approval, and with digital channel owners to plan and execute amplification plans for each story.
Responsibilities:
- Grow opportunities across the marketing spectrum, including lead generation and content
- Build and cultivate relationships and opportunities
- Translate technical or business language into a clear strategy
- Grow accounts, lead client communications and help with new business
- Collaborate with product marketing groups and other stakeholders to understand customer story objectives against business priorities and KPI’s
- Oversee the creation and production of customer stories
- Manage the capture of customer stories at in person events
- Work with the client to understand their solution, industry trends, and other elements to inform customer story creation
- Drive alignment across all teams, identify and mitigate risks and setting expectations
- Create B2B content to support sales pipelines
About you:
- Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in the tech space
- Customer evidence/reference experience
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience in creating and delivering integrated marketing strategies and programmes
- Experience working with large international corporate brands
- EMEA wide or international marketing experience
- Outstanding client handling skills
- Strong financial management skills
