Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Desk Manager at Principle Networks. The Service Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical support, IT service management, help desk support, and service desk operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Service Desk Management and IT Service Management skills
  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience
  • Strong knowledge of service desk operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in managing remote teams
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
