We are looking for a new senior technical member for our DevOps practice. This is a UK role.

 

This is a SaaS DevOps Technical Architect role to be part of the Architecture team, build and provide support for our Cloud-based application suite. The key responsibilities include supporting technical roadmap, SaaS operations, customer escalations, and progressing the automation and monitoring strategies. 

 

Business Outcome:

  • DevOps Technical Architect in AWS and GCP
  • Ensure operational SLA adherence for customer product and service usage.
  • Automation and monitoring strategies

 

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Architecture Roadmap, Customer support tickets, concerns, and escalations regarding our SaaS infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure reliability, security, efficiency, automation, and scalability.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in DevOps
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
