We are seeking an interim HR Global Projects manager to play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a portfolio of HR projects within NashTech, working closely with and supporting the Global HR Director.


The HR Global Projects Manager you will have the opportunity to manage key HR projects across multiple geographies while NashTech goes through an exciting period of change and growth This role will include reviewing and optimising the HR Information Systems(HRIS) currently in existence in the organisation and making future recommendations, implementing payroll solutions in two specific regions, and conducting a comprehensive review of existing HR policies and practices in all regions, This role is ideal for you if you are someone that likes to get under the hood, identifying gaps and developing policies where needed


This non exhaustive description as the role will evolve and the scope may change during the course of the assignment but key responsibilities will be:


HRIS Review and Recommendations:

  • Analyse current HRIS systems and propose enhancements or replacements to improve HR processes and data accuracy.
  • Implement agreed-upon changes with IT and HR teams and ensure smooth system integration.

Payroll Implementation:

  • Implement payroll systems in US (15 colleagues) and UK (40 colleagues), ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Design and monitor payroll processes with finance and payroll teams and troubleshoot any issues.

Policy and Practice Review:

  • Review existing HR policies and practices across the organization and identify gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Develop new policies as needed to ensure compliance and alignment with company values and goals.

Appraisal and Performance Management:

  • Review and standardize appraisal and performance management processes.
  • Develop tools and templates for performance evaluations and feedback.

Project Management:

  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned HR projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support new HR processes and systems.
  • Conduct training and workshops and gather feedback to improve HR initiatives.


What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Strong understanding of HR Processes, procedures and best practices
  • Proven experienced in HR project management with a focus on global HR initiatives
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll Systems
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and practices
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to use data driven decision making with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering HR projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of HR systems, payroll, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a changing environment.
  • A relevant HR qualification or equivalent.
