We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Global Projects Manager to join our team at NashTech. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of HR projects, working closely with the Global HR Director to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- HRIS Review and Recommendations: Analyze current HRIS systems, propose enhancements or replacements to improve HR processes and data accuracy, and implement agreed-upon changes with IT and HR teams.
- Payroll Implementation: Implement payroll systems in the US and UK, ensuring compliance and efficiency, and design and monitor payroll processes with finance and payroll teams.
- Policy and Practice Review: Review existing HR policies and practices across the organization, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and develop new policies as needed to ensure compliance and alignment with company values and goals.
- Appraisal and Performance Management: Review and standardize appraisal and performance management processes, develop tools and templates for performance evaluations and feedback, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned HR projects.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support new HR processes and systems, conduct training and workshops, and gather feedback to improve HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Proven experience in HR project management with a focus on global HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll systems.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and practices.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to use data-driven decision making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of managing and delivering HR projects within budget and time constraints.
- Strong knowledge and experience of HR systems, payroll, policies, and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a changing environment.
- A relevant HR qualification or equivalent.
