Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the agency’s goals and growth plans.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, including managing our presence on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively source and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for all roles.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the digital marketing or tech industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
