Are you ready to lead and accelerate sales for a top-tier, International, recruitment agency specializing in energy, renewables, and engineering sectors? We’re searching for an ambitious and strategic Lead Account Manager to drive revenue, expand key accounts, and secure high-value new business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Account Expansion: Grow our client's footprint across new disciplines, sectors, and international markets.
- Strategic Client Networking: Engage and leverage senior client relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
- Contractor Engagement: Build lasting connections with contractors, ensuring our client is a preferred partner.
- Top Talent Sourcing: Identify and connect with high-calibre candidates, using both digital platforms and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Develop credible relationships with clients and candidates, showcasing your deep sector expertise.
- Team Oversight & Mobilization: Guide the Account Team in smooth mobilization, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Client Interaction & Support: Lead business proposal support, project follow-ups, and regular client reviews.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide detailed reports on account activity and performance using tailored metrics.
- Budget & Financial Management: Ensure budget alignment and financial objectives for each account.
- Team Leadership: Drive team performance, address challenges, and conduct impactful monthly reviews.
- Motivation & Compliance: Foster team motivation, monitor compliance, and facilitate ongoing training.
- Issue Resolution: Manage escalated client or candidate concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance service standards to retain contractors and maintain competitive advantage.

- Proven Account Conversion: Demonstrated success in converting prospects into active, revenue-generating accounts.
- Cross-Selling Expertise: Proficiency in cross-selling departments, projects, and volume opportunities.
- Hands-On Sales Leadership: Track record of meeting individual and team targets through proactive engagement.
- Client Understanding: Strong insights into client needs and strategic opportunities, reinforced by regular engagement.
- Effective Issue Resolution: Skilled in resolving client and candidate issues to maintain strong partnerships.
- Client Presentation Skills: Confidently presenting market and sector insights and tailored solutions.
- Senior-Level Negotiation: Expertise in contract negotiation and understanding complex commercial terms.
- Client Retention and Growth: Exceptional client retention rates and growth through strategic account management.
- Contractor Relationship Management: Ability to manage and support contractors, proactively addressing challenges.
