Our client, a leading international law firm are now seeking a Legal PA to join their award-winning corporate practice providing assistance at Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who relishes working in a collaborative environment, where they can add value and contribute to the success of a high performing team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Inbox management
  • Typing, formatting and proof-reading documents and correspondence
  • Travel arrangements – including preparation of itineraries
  • Billing and time entry
  • Opening new matters
  • Assisting with business development – organising client meetings and keeping the database up to date
  • Liaising with clients directly in a professional manner and acting as a gatekeeper to fee earners
  • Working as part of a PA team, covering and supporting other team members where possible/necessary


Key skills and experience:

  • Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience within a city law firm
  • Preferably you will have previously supported within a corporate practice at Partner level
  • Confident with document work
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong IT skills – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
