Legal PA – Transactional and Yachting, London (EC2N), up to £45k with hybrid working


Do you have experience working as a Legal Secretary/Legal PA in Corporate and Commercial matters? If so, our client, who are a sector-focused global law firm with over 600 lawyers operating across multiple regions, will be keen to meet with you. As a firm they pride themselves on delivering creative and pragmatic legal solutions to clients in industries such as construction, aviation, shipping, insurance, and energy.


The Role:


They are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant with a solid legal background to support their team of lawyers. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, supporting business development activities, handling financial processes, and providing high-level administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing client queries, client meetings, and updating the CRM system.
  • Supporting lawyers with billing, time recording, and credit control.
  • Organising events, maintaining diaries, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Producing documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.


Skills & Experience:


  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a Personal Assistant within a reputable law firm
  • Experience working in Corporate/Commercial is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills
