Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous E-commerce/Stock Controller to manage and optimize the brand's stock processes at their warehouse in Birmingham. This hybrid role involves both administrative and physical tasks, ensuring efficient stock management and seamless e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP System Utilization:
  • Efficiently use the SAP system for stock management and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate and analyze stock reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for inventory optimization.
  • Stock Analysis:
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage inventory effectively.
  • Workflow Management:
  • Oversee and streamline warehouse workflows to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to manage order processing and dispatch.
  • Autonomous Task Management:
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to maintain high standards of stock control.
  • Work independently and proactively to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in stock control and e-commerce operations, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP system usage and stock management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to handle both administrative and physical aspects of the role.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
