Shift Hours:

- 8am to 4pm (40 hours per week)
- Mon to Fri
- Occasional weekends

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Purpose**:

- To monitor and control inventory practices to insure accuracy
- To maintain product identification and location program
- To investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve potential issues
- To develop solutions for inventory issues
- To complete all tasks in a timely manner and meet targets set out by your team leader
- To work a shift Pattern when required
- To help maintain housekeeping on site
- To complete receipt and despatch documentation to the required standard
- To check and complete counts on vehicle contents for receipt and despatch
- To check, record and investigate damages
- To make sure all documentation and data is input a.s.a.p
- To co-ordinate regular stock audits and report finding

**Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- To commence shift at the specified time and adhere to the timings of all breaks
- To be aware of and Comply with health and safety Site Statement
- To have all P.P.E. Required before starting Shift
- To maintain and control inventory as per warehouse management system
- Report to your team leader on a daily basis
- To be aware of team goals and to work towards achieving them
- To assist in the housekeeping of the site ie: Sweeping floors, emptying bins, removing cardboard, wood and plastics from the ground
- Ensure your work area is clean & tidy before & after your shift
- That you handle all goods and equipment as per your manual handling training
- That all equipment is used in accordance with training provided and handled carefully to prevent damages
- To report accuracy levels of stock checked per day / week & errors in 1000
- To identify root cause & eradicate issues & concerns

**Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with colleagues and supervisors to address any challenges or issues.
- Support and assist teammates as needed, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce fulfilment or logistics industry is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with technology, such as order management systems or warehouse management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required by business needs.
- Positive and "can do" attitude

**Salary**: £13.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
