We are looking to recruit an **e-Commerce Executive** to join our team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting role, capable of delivering excellent customer experience benefits as we revolutionise our customers' home furniture shopping journey. Working hours - 8.00 am till 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 WFH).

The e-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing products online and delivering a best-in-class digital merchandising experience, ensuring we meet our customers' essential needs and provide the best possible service. Ensuring our e-commerce channel maximises sales and delivers the best customer experience across all marketplaces, partner sites, social commerce and our own websites. Key areas of ownership for the role include attention to product content, social media, inventory, deliveries, pricing, promotions and supporting the marketing team by providing key reports to help increase traffic and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximise sales
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyse competitors, and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports on sales performance, customer behaviour, and website analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to improve the company's online presence continuously

**Requirements**:

- At least three years of e-commerce experience are required, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry
- Demonstrable experience working with Marketplaces is essential.
- Good understanding of the online customer journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central or Vendor, eBay, etc.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track website performance and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with SEO principles, Social Media and best practices for optimising product listings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Growth driven mind to produce results which will drive sales & conversion
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset with an ability to share the most relevant data
- Exceptional relationship-building and partnership skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
