Are you passionate about driving product innovation, fostering collaboration, and achieving business success, If so we want you to lead our dynamic product team as the Head of Product.

As our Head of Product, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver innovative New Product Development (NPD) projects aligned with long-range and annual operating plans. You will drive cross-functional alignment across commercial teams and partners, be a key stakeholder in supply chain strategies, and own the product strategy under the guidance of the Product Director.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure NPD projects align with strategic priorities
  • Own the NPD updates and facilitate supplier development discussions
  • Champion the product strategy in line with business objectives
  • Own category performance (revenue, margin, volume) and collaborate cross functionally to close out gaps
  • Advocate for customer feedback and integrate voice of the customer insights
  • Support channels in achieving P&L targets through effective NPD strategies
  • Collaborate with Channel Directors to prioritise requirements and timelines
  • Provide analytical support and drive high performance within the team


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior product role with a commercial bias
  • Strong customer focus and market awareness
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving high performance.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive collaborations across functions.
