- Experience leading teams within a bakery/patisserie setting
- An exceptional skill set with an in-depth knowledge of breads and pastries, including lamination
- Passionate about food with great attention to detail
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Ability to Identify potential improvements (products, methods, environment, H&S, etc.) whilst maintaining and promoting excellent teamwork
- Manage the department through training and developing, coaching, and providing on-the-job training
- Manage stock control, ordering and wastage
- Someone who takes ownership of people management practises, including performance and disciplinary conversations
- Experience in the retail side of the business is also desirable

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
