About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager API to increase and develop our customer and supplier automation via the Intelligent Internet Platform.

You are super excited about automation, what it can do for customer experience enhancements and the endless opportunities it represents to improve processes. You enjoy combining the commercial and technical disciplines while representing automation.

Expereo has an amazing automation market position potential. Whilst you are playing a pivotal role in our sales teams and customers you will also be instrumental in automating the thousands of supplier relations. You’ll make sure that all our automation guarantees an incredible experience and strengthens Expereo’s thought leadership globally.

You will work with a passionate and professional team of product managers in the product office. As the product office team, it is our shared objective to design and deliver a digital-first and customer-centric experience for our customers. Ultimately your contribution will drive growth for Expereo being the visionary partner for our customers.

Responsibilities

Here are how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:

  • Define and advocate the strategic automation vision
  • Own the roadmap on features available on the API platform
  • Drive the API development life cycle from research and design through to implementation
  • Build and own relationships with strategic partners, analysts and suppliers
  • Engage with Expereo commercial teams, customers, and suppliers to gather API requirements and coordinate implementation
  • Represent Expereo and drive thought leadership towards the partner and analyst markets

Experience and soft skills:

  • Excellent communication, analytical skills & problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and managing product requirements for API services
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e. Microservices, Architecture, AWS, NoSQL)
  • Ability to articulate complex technical topics, diplomatically address customer concerns, while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn, be proactive, and think creatively
  • Good logical and structural thinking
  • Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented

• A “people person” who has excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management
