The Client


Datacenter People is working with a leading Power and Cooling provider into the data center industry.


What the Job Involves...

· The Field Service Engineer role will require a highly qualified individual to perform service work on busbar products at customer sites. The Engineer will work directly with quality assurance, end users, contractors and sales to ensure that all on-site products are functioning properly and tested prior to system energization

. Schedule and coordinate service calls with end users and contractors.

. Assist Sales in quoting services and educating on the types of services offered.

. Provide Project Management support for installations.

. Execute a System Startup checklist while at a customer site.

. Complete a startup certification report and a meter commissioning report. In each case, technician will be given a template to work from and required to enter data into appropriate fields.

. Travel to customer sites and give installation training presentations using both Power Point presentations and with hands-on demonstrations.


We're Looking for Someone Who...

· Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

. Currently working as a field service technician with

. Three years of experience working in field service

. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and Windows

. Valid Driver’s License

. Strong understanding of busbar systems
