We are seeking a talented and experienced Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing and maintaining heavy equipment such as piling equipment, excavators, crawler cranes or mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in various construction, mining and industrial settings.
routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
with internal teams and external stakeholders to schedule and execute service activities, minimising downtime and maximising uptime.
technical guidance and support to customers and onsite personnel, ensuring proper operation and maintenance practices.
accurate records of service activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering discipline.
experience working with heavy equipment in a field service capacity.
knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems on heavy equipment.
certifications or tickets related to site machinery maintenance (e.g., CPCS, NPORS, IPAF).
driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
van provided for travel to customer sites.
