Ultimately, their role is to balance client satisfaction with the company's objectives, promoting long-term growth.

You'll manage a collection of NHS Trusts, working to develop long-term strategies for growth and maintain retention.

Key Objectives:

Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain trust with public sector stakeholders, understanding their unique priorities and constraints.

Delivering Solutions: Provide tailored support that aligns with relevant public sector goals, such as cost-efficiency, sustainability, or innovation.

Ensuring Compliance: Navigate government regulations, procurement frameworks, and contract requirements from G-Cloud and Network Services 3 (CCS).

Driving in account Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding our client's solutions or offering new solutions within existing frameworks and contracts.

Demonstrating Value: Showcase measurable outcomes that address public sector needs, such as improving service delivery or optimizing budgets.

Person Specification:

Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and maintain long-term partnerships with our existing customers.

Understanding of Public Sector Frameworks: Knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and frameworks such as G-Cloud, NS3, and Public Contracts Regulations.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to address complex challenges and deliver tailored, compliant solutions.

Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication to engage with diverse stakeholders at various levels.

Strategic Thinking: Insight to identify opportunities for growth and align solutions with public sector goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

5. Growth and Business Development:


• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or expand services within existing accounts.


• Contribute to tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new contracts.

6. Market Knowledge:


• Stay informed on public sector trends, priorities, and budgetary changes.

• Proven experience in account management or similar roles, preferably within the public sector.


• Knowledge of government procurement processes and frameworks.

Salary - £60,000 - £80,000 (+Bonus)

Location - Farringdon (3 days per week)
