In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in propelling success within your assigned territory (Wales). We're seeking a talented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Transferable Field Sales skills from multiple industries are highly valued & considered – we know you've honed your relationship management expertise, possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and have a keen eye for identifying sales opportunities.


  • You'll spend your days strategically visiting dental practices, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting innovative Philips oral healthcare solutions.


  • Develop targeted action plans to achieve ambitious sales goals. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.


  • Provide impactful product demonstrations and training sessions to dental professionals, highlighting the benefits of Philips oral healthcare products.


  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, keeping the team informed and strategizing for success.


Responsibilities

  • Managing professional education for dental professionals and aligning it with company targets.
  • Crafting a local professional relations plan based on the annual marketing plan and contact strategy.
  • Developing and delivering captivating presentations about associated products to dental professionals, trade associations and industry schools.
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly and taking corrective actions when needed.

Keeping an eye out for competitive activity and reporting any issues


Requirements

  • Has a proven track record of success in a sales role (dental background not required).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment with frequent travel.
  • Is a strategic thinker with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates a passion for building strong, long-term relationships.
  • The ability to connect effectively with key industry influencers like dentists, opinion leaders, trade associations and industry schools.
  • Experience delivering presentations.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving License.
