BBB London Sales Director   


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Sales Director will be responsible for the brand’s global distribution strategy of services & products, determining best route to market in each region, leveraging a black book of retail contacts.  You will ensure success by driving growth and profitability of all accounts in the UK and internationally (excluding UK retail stores & concessions and DTC channel).  Key areas of responsibility include driving sell-thru, forecasting, trade marketing, budgeting, demand planning and profit & loss management. Additionally, the role involves negotiation of trade terms and joint business plans.  


Please note, this role is head office based in central London.  All applicants must also have the eligibility to work in the UK.  


Responsibilities of the Sales Director:


  • Identify new partners along with new territories of potential success  
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with premium retailers 
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, setting performance goals and KPIs.  
  • Deliver a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and yearly growth plans  
  • Establish strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key customers  
  • Attend industry events/trade shows globally to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners. 
  • Focus on brand and category performance through building strong internal relationships with the team  

  

  

The ideal candidate:  


  • Proven track record in a similar role, within the beauty industry, or ready to step up from a more junior commercial role  
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business beyond the UK   
  • Beauty services experience would be helpful but not essential.  
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and capable of handling complex problem-solving.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.  
  • Must be flexible with travel requirements, including potential international trips and be in the office 3 days a week.
