My client, one of the leading Tech companies within Cyber Security, are looking to grow the team by adding an experienced Integrations Engineering Lead. This is a first hire for them, and as such you’ll be building a team.


I am seeking an ambitious Integrations Engineering Lead to join my clients customer-facing application team. Your mission will be to help organisations understand how they could be hacked in real-time.


Integrating my clients data into customer environments is key to optimising their customer support, and they are eager to expand our technology in this area.


Responsibilities

In this lead role, you will work with both the backend and frontend of our customer-facing systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Integrations Engineering Team and defining a scalable integration strategy as the Platform grows.
  • Designing and implementing normalization or standardization layers to enable rapid deployment and development of new integrations.
  • Creating workflows that reflect the flow of data between the Platform and various integration types.
  • Addressing technology and data challenges, such as managing large amounts of data and enabling clients to control their data and processes.


Ideal Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of engineers.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather and analyse integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Establishing and building SOPs for integrations and implementing strategies for rapid deployment.
  • Managing diverse integration types, including push, pull, and bidirectional syncs across various platforms like cloud, RBVM, and data sources.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
