Workday Financials Integrations Consultant - Senior Lead

The Role

These folks have a reputation as a Rolls Royce of the Consulting world for a reason. This isn’t just implementation, their Workday Financials team bring together business process and technology change to transform businesses across multiple sectors.

If you prefer an eyes down technology role this probably isn’t for you – you’ll likely be more interested in the transformation story and how you’re getting your clients from point A to point B. Having said that, you’ll be on point leading all the integrations during an implementation so you’ll be something of an SME, leading teams on and offshore.

What's In It For You

You won’t avoid corporate buzzwords and acronyms here by any means, but you will have the balance of being in a tight knit practice (c. 20) with the benefits of a large consulting firm - the infrastructure, support and multi capability network. Since you’ll have been in the Workday community for sometime you’ll know the ambitions in the ERP market.

Things are cyclical, but right now this is the Workday partner who can claim to have the Midas touch. You’ll be working on sold work straight away and go into 2025 with a strong pipeline. Tenures here are long for a reason.

What Experience You'll Need

  • A background in Workday Integrations, specifically Financials although HCM experience is a plus too.
  • Experience in Finance Transformation in Consulting, SI or end user, with previous experience leading Workday integrations for large-scale transformation projects.
  • A decent storyteller – can you take your technical and non-technical stakeholders on the transformation journey as a unified team?
  • Leadership. You'll be a Senior Manager in the team, so as well as being the Workday integrations SME you'll also be a leader in the practice. This could mean managing multiple clients, projects and consultants both onshore and offshore simultaneously.
