Role: Senior HR Business Partner - Change & Transformation (12 months FTC)

Salary: £100k plus package

Location: London - hybrid


Network HR have been retained to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner for a global financial services firm based in London. You'll be part of a lean HR team who each have a common trait - high competency, low ego.


Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of complex organisational change as a critical member of the Transformation Office, led by our Chief of Staff. This role will enable the future of our business, and be responsible for all people related changes across a medium organisational transformation.


You will be operating in a complex structure of highly successful organisations and work under the leadership of an outstanding HR Director with a demonstrably commercial background.


Role responsibilities will include (but not limited to):


  • Design the future end to end implementation plan for organisational transformation.


  • Leading multi faceted and collective consultation (redundancy, redeployment in new structures, TUPE, etc) .


  • Act as Trusted counsel to the CPO, Chief of Staff and Transformation Office on all people related implementation items


  • Act as a coach to the broader HR team, to help upskill


  • Partner with senior stakeholders and be credible and influential
