As our UI/UX hire, we’ll look to your expertise to help us ensure we continue creating a world-class product experience as we scale. You will also have the opportunity to grow with us, playing a key role in scaling our product and shaping our company's future.
Day in the Life
- Create intuitive and mature user interfaces that meet the needs of SourceWhale's growing customer base, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Focus on designing with the end-user in mind, leveraging user research and feedback to drive design decisions.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of our enterprise users, creating designs that enhance productivity and usability.
- Work with Product team to identify opportunities for UX improvement and define best practices across the application.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your ideas to other teams.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and inform iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Who You Are
- Proven UI & UX design experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure a polished and professional design output.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant web-based design projects.
