As our UI/UX hire, we’ll look to your expertise to help us ensure we continue creating a world-class product experience as we scale. You will also have the opportunity to grow with us, playing a key role in scaling our product and shaping our company's future.

Day in the Life

Create intuitive and mature user interfaces that meet the needs of SourceWhale's growing customer base, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience.nFocus on designing with the end-user in mind, leveraging user research and feedback to drive design decisions.nUnderstand the unique needs and challenges of our enterprise users, creating designs that enhance productivity and usability.nWork with Product team to identify opportunities for UX improvement and define best practices across the application.nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your ideas to other teams.nSynthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and inform iterative design improvements.nCollaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.nStay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

Who You Are

Proven UI & UX design experience, preferably in SaaS.nKeen eye for detail to ensure a polished and professional design output.nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design.nExcellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.nStrong portfolio showcasing relevant web-based design projects.
