Senior User Interface Designer

WHAT YOU'LL DOnAs a Senior UI Visual Designer, you will lead, invent, and design compelling and seamless customer experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. You will develop visual designs iteratively, collaborating closely with user experience designers to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Key responsibilities include:nManaging relationships with UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to create and extend new products and features.nTranslating client insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around them.nWorking with Agile project teams and key stakeholders in sprints, retrospectives, and reviews to develop user-centered solutions within project timeframes.nCollaborating with project stakeholders to understand and define customer value.
WHAT YOU'RE LIKEnWe are looking for someone who thrives on challenges and is eager to grow their abilities and knowledge. You are a passionate advocate for great customer experiences, using your creative and strategic thinking skills to enhance our principles, standards, and design patterns. You possess an eye for visual interaction details and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
WHAT YOU'VE GOTn3-5 years of experience working at a digital agency as a UI/Visual Designer.nExperience delivering interface designs for high-performance applications.nA proven track record of providing high-quality designs and assets across web and mobile platforms.nThe ability to work within a user-centered design approach and effectively present your work and rationale.nExpertise in industry-standard software, including Figma and Sketch.nExperience in responsive and native design.nExperience in defining and maintaining design systems.nA sense of humor
