Job Title: Bids Executive

Reports to: Bids Manager/Senior Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bids process
  • Contribute to bid strategy
  • Produce high-quality proposal documents
  • Engage with clients during scoping and debrief
  • Collaborate on larger bids with Bid Managers
  • Manage pre-qualification stages and produce complete responses
  • Assist senior team members during presentation stages and manage supporting materials


Additional Projects:

  • Maintain and enhance pre-written content and standard materials
  • Produce reports and analyse bid activity for business decisions
  • Participate in internal projects to improve bid information flow and best practice


Person Specification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bid management
  • Skilled in writing and editing client-facing documents
  • Experience in coaching presentation teams
  • Preferably from a legal or professional services background


Skills Required:

  • Strong bid management and advisory skills
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Effective project and time management
  • Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint
