This role is perfect for someone who can handle a high volume of marketing tasks and possesses an innate understanding of the Web3 community and its projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging traditional marketing techniques alongside the latest digital tools, including HubSpot and Asana.

Key Responsibilities⚡️


  • Generate a broad array of marketing materials (slide decks, social posts, proposals, blog posts, SEO content) tailored to engage both the Web3 community and traditional finance, retail, and impact companies.
  • Act as a critical reviewer for content quality, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos and the nuanced demands of Web3 audiences.
  • Exhibit project ownership by leading marketing initiatives from inception to delivery, demonstrating effective outsourcing strategies when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, offering basic design and typography insights to enhance visual content.
  • Employ HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation tasks, and utilize Asana for collaborative and productivity purposes.
  • Conduct regular analysis on marketing campaign performance, leveraging basic analytics knowledge to refine and optimize future strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Web3 trends, news and marketing innovations, and tools to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
  • Keep clients informed of all campaign related status and join calls as and where necessary.
  • In person meetings and attendance at events may also be required from time to time. 

Requirements⚡️


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with at least 1 year of professional experience in the Web3 sector, showcasing a profound connection with the community and its projects.
  • Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic analytics proficiency, with the ability to derive insights from performance data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of leading projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Asana, with a solid foundation in design principles to support collaborative projects.
  • Must be able to work on the EU (CET/CEST) timezone and are ideally located in the UK, or EU.

Superpowers⚡️(optional, any are appreciated)


  • Fluency in French and/or German, enhancing our ability to engage with a broader audience.
  • Influencer management, with the ability to map and engage with the correct stakeholders to amplify messages based on their content.
  • Social media content and management experience and a track record of growing accounts successfully.
  • Advanced SEO knowledge (Ahrefs/Semrush, etc) and engaging content marketing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Google and YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads. 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Website UX/UI knowledge, able to help map out pages that will convert.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing, adding a dynamic layer to our marketing collateral.
  • Some experience in sales.
  • Press contacts in the crypto/Web3 space.
