Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper located in London. The role involves day-to-day financial and bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to creating and analysing financial reports, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparation of monthly management accounts, VAT filing, and preparing tax returns. The role will report to the Finance Manager.


Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Finance skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks or other accounting software
  • Experience preparing budgets and financial plans
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) is a plus, but not required.
