Key Responsibilities include:-

  • Meta Business Suite & Lead Manager Expertise: Utilise the full capabilities of Meta Business Suite, including Meta Lead Manager, to manage, optimise, and report on social ad campaigns across various formats. Conduct A/B testing, monitor performance metrics, manage leads, and refine strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently handle and nurture leads generated through Meta Lead Manager, ensuring a seamless flow from social media campaigns to conversion. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Meta Pixel Implementation & Audience Building: Leverage Meta Pixel to track user interactions on websites, build custom audiences, and develop sophisticated retargeting strategies. Use this data to create highly targeted campaigns that improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Strategic Content Development: Create and implement compelling social media content, ensuring alignment with client KPIs. Develop monthly content calendars in collaboration with designers to produce on-brand, engaging material that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with the design team to create visually stunning and effective social media campaigns. Ensure all content is eye-catching, on-brand, and optimised for various platforms.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Be proficient in using Canva Pro and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality social media graphics and assets that align with campaign objectives.
  • Platform & Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously explore new ways to curate, create, and deliver content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and influencers. Provide expert advice and support to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing goals.
  • Optimised Copywriting: Write and edit SEO-friendly blog posts and site copy tailored to specific audiences, enhancing both engagement and search engine rankings.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Deliver detailed reports on social media performance, translating data into clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with the wider team to drive strategy based on these findings.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Meta Business suite: At least 2-3 years of experience as a minimum with Meta platforms. This is a must for the role.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Solid understanding of social media platform analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive results.
  • Creative Copywriting: Adaptable writing style that can cater to diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice.
  • Proactive & Ambitious: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in successful social media campaign management.
