As a call centre advisor, you will be working as a part of the patient services team to support the treatment of 100,000 patients across the UK. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, along with the ability to make sound  judgement  and decision making that will deliver the best care to our patients.
