Principal Resourcing are recruiting for Achievement Support Assistants to work on either a day-to-day or long-term basis at our partnership primary schools and academies across Hull and the surrounding area. A variety of our schools in the region are looking for Achievement Support Assistants to join their staff in the new academic year on both a full-time or part-time basis. We are also seeking to recruit Achievement Support Assistants who are able to work on a flexible, day-to-day basis to cover the ongoing needs of schools across the area.
You will work collaboratively as part of a friendly staff team, to promote consistency in learning, high achievement, positive wellbeing and be committed to providing an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all pupils within your care.
We welcome applications from experienced practitioners and offer competitive rates of pay up to £100, depending on your experience and the specific role requirements.
Your role as a Achievement Support Assistant:
· Support the teacher to engage students in learning & build confidence.
· Adapt to the diverse needs of students within your care.
· Maintain strong classroom management & promote high standards for learning.
· Support students to positively progress, through suitable intervention.
· Collaborate effectively as part of a positive and child-centred staff team.
We are seeking Practitioners with:
· A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
· Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
· Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
· An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
· Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
