Business Analyst – Insurance / Claims – Outside IR35 Location: City of London | Hybrid Contract: Outside IR35 We’re looking to secure an experienced Business Analyst for a high-profile transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned BA with strong insurance domain knowledge—particularly within Claims—to play a key role in shaping and delivering change across a modernising business. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document requirements across Claims and wider insurance functions. Produce high-quality process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Support end-to-end delivery of system and process change, working with technology teams, vendors, and SMEs. Contribute to testing activities including test planning, traceability, and UAT support. Facilitate workshops, articulate complex concepts clearly, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Support change impact assessment, readiness preparation, and go-live activities. Essential Experience Insurance industry experience with solid Claims knowledge (essential). Strong core BA skills: requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation. Proven experience working within complex change programmes. Preferred Experience London Market exposure (highly desirable). System-to-system migration experience. Experience working in a low-code / no-code technology environment .
