BPT Business Partner OTC Pricing
BPT Level 2 process lead within the area of Pricing connecting the business requirements with the provided IT functionality as part of the Profectus programme.
Orchestrates between E2E Process Lead and technical cross workstreams.
Accepted and valued BPT partner to the business stakeholders of the Pricing function like E2E Process Lead and L2 Process Lead. Provides consultancy, advice and escalation of IT related matters.
Facilitate ongoing dialog with the BPT business partners of the Business Units to ensure visibility of available services across BUs and consistency with functional roadmap.
Single point of contact for ensuring that the E2E BPT Services are delivered successfully.
Supporting across other Order-to-Cash (OTC) Profectus E2E process streams
Pricing accountability:
accountable for requirements gathering, requirements documentation
Responsible for executing show & tell sessions with the business on the preconfigured demo landscape and identifies gaps.
Responsible for Business Design, Process Design (BPO&PBM) and handing business input into the Information/Data Design and the Controls Design.
Responsible for defining the business side of interim state management and drafting and initiating the required business transformation with the E2E Leads and BPOs
Consults and advises Functional teams on BPT related services, capabilities, and innovations.
Contributes to defining the BPT strategic roadmap for the relevant functional workstream.
Supports Testing, with defining test cases, validating test content, test preparation and manages defects resolution with Solution Development & Deployment team.
Enables End-User training and actively manage Business Go-Live as well as change management and user adoption.
Takes leadership and is accountable for the value delivery through BPT Services.
Consults the Business around technology:
Challenges existing business practices and drives changes towards standardized technology enabled best practices.
Learns from the programme and shares best practice to leverage synergies across functions and in country roll outs.
Prepares business analysis and takes decisions on business cases together with the business.
Collaboration:
Supports the different BPT leads in OTC with activities and alignment across the programme.
Collaborates with central functions: Applications, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Architecture & Governance for anything related to the Functional Area within the Programme.
Collaborates with central functions across BPT such Commercial Business Partner, Solution Delivery and Service Delivery.
Governance:
Preparation and Proposal of decisions from End-to-End authority to CCEP Design Authority and represent Business Process Management End to End as member in the DA.
Responsible to provides Project updates per E2E process area
Provides leadership and leadership development to diverse and/or remote Subject Matter Expert teams.
Rollout:
Manages target process validation together with each rollout country in prepare phase and execute solution playback with local businesses in Adopt phase. Manage any adaptations through to execution and deployment from an IT perspective.
Supports local markets and local IT BPs throughout Cutover, Go Live and Post Go live Support to execute their daily E2E process tasks.
English language proficiency
Ability to work in Matrix organization
Direct and indirect leadership and excellent influencing skills
Solid technical understanding of SAP systems.
E2E process & technical knowledge in the Pricing area.
Additional process & technical knowledge in Integrated Order Management, on-/off-invoice billing
Strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to manage conflict and assertiveness
High degree of stress resistance/resilience
Experience in working above market or similar
Flexibility to travel across all CCEP locations when required.
University degree in business management, information management or comparable course of studies. Advance degree preferred.
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills and proven success in stakeholder management within major transformation programmes
More than 5 years on the job, ideally experience of project management for IT projects
Experience on conception and development of IT systems
Experience in planning and management of projects, including Change Management
