Our expanding manufacturing company based in Rugby, is seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinators to join their busy team. You will be liaising directly with the sales administration team, field based sales team, and the warehouse along with Senior staff members.
Main Tasks:
* First point of contact with customers via email and phone
* Processing of orders and quotes
* Answering product queries
* Upselling where possible
* Invoicing, Proof of Deliveries
* Monitoring time critical orders
* General Admin duties
Person Spec/skills
* Previous customer service experience in an office environment essential, always giving an exceptional customer service experience
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers with ease
* A strong Team Player
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Must be able to multi task
* An enquiring mind
* Must be organised and methodical in their approach
* A keen eye for detail a must
