Job Description

We're recruiting for a Head of Product & Commercial Risk Managementto join us.We're offering acompetitive base salary, car allowance and strong benefits package. What you'll be doing:
  • Developing, implementing, and directing Retail Protection's Product Risk Management Framework
  • Acting as the Retail Protection Consumer Duty lead and ensuring adherence to business, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with existing Retail Protection products
  • Managing a team and undertaking Value for Money Assessments on all products and propositions
  • Implementing actions to mitigate customer harm
  • Coaching and developing team members to advance their knowledge of Retail Protection and Consumer Duty
Qualifications

Who we're looking for:
  • Strong understanding of UK Protection products and associated regulations
  • Hand on experience and understanding if FCA rulebooks and Consumer Duty
  • Up to date knowledge of upcoming regulation changes
  • Strong stakeholder management skill
  • Previous experience of working in Financial Services with Life Insurance products
