As Factory Operative , you'll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful engineering business with a great work environment.

You'll benefit from:

* Guaranteed Monday - Friday ( no weekend working )

* Immediate start available

* Overtime available

* Training and day to day support provided

As a Factory Operative you will work:

Monday to Thursday - 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1pm

As a Factory Operative your responsibilities will include although not limited to:

* Manual handling , such as operating, setting up and loading machinery

* Sand blasting and masking of components in preparation for the next process

* Plating and anodising of components

* Basic inspection and quality checks

* Working with specifications

* General factory operative duties

As a Factory Operative , you'll have:

* A great eye for detail

* Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)

* A willingness to learn and work in an engineering factory environment

* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
