The Proposers are seeking a Creative Sales & Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, possess a high level of creativity, and have a proven track record in selling. This role requires thinking outside the box and ensuring that client experience is exceptional from the very first point of contact.nThis exciting position is a full-time role and perfect for someone who is looking to work, and advance, their career within a fast growing, creative, thriving and supportive business.

The ProposersnThe Proposers is an award-winning romantic event company spanning over 10 years. The company is proud to be the first dedicated proposal planning company in the world. Planning over 5000 events, with 100% YES success rate.nBased in London but with an international reach, The Proposers plans marriage proposals and romantic events for all budgets across the world.nThis is a multi location role, home based and in the London Office based at the iconic Shard, predominantly 10am-6pm with flexible hours as required.

RolenDevelop, uphold, execute and optimize the brand

Responsibilities will include:n·

Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets.n·

Develop and implement creative sales strategies that align with the company's core values.n·

Manage and cultivate client and supplier relationships, ensuring an exceptional client experience from initial contact through event completion.n·

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and market reach.n·

Collaborate with the planning team to ensure seamless integration of sales and event planning processes.n·

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.n·

To help with the execution of sales for The Romantic Event Academyn·

Other duties as assigned

Requirementsn·

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the event planning or related industry.n·

Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box in a sales context.n·

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.n·

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n·

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.n·

Passion for creating memorable and romantic experiences for clients.
