My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join their team in Newbury, Berkshire. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient parts operations.
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor is required and I would encourage you to apply if you have Parts and Service Advisor experience and live in the Newbury, Berkshire area
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a small team of Parts Advisors, providing guidance, training, and support.
Efficiently process parts orders and inquiries from both internal and external customers.
Maintain optimal stock levels and manage parts inventory.
Utilise DMS systems (Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar) to accurately manage parts data and processes.
Collaborate with the After sales Manager to achieve department goals and objectives.
Provide technical expertise and support to the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures.Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Parts department.
Proven experience in using DMS systems (Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Full UK driving license.Benefits:
