We have been recruiting for our Leamington Spa based client and are looking to add another person to this close knit, successful team.
 
We are currently recruiting for a  MRP / ERP coordinator , with good configuration control experience & exposure to coordinating data within an engineering/manufacturing environment to work in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire in a permanent role for this well know & well respected organisation
The purpose of the role is to gather, enter and analyse production related information to ensure production schedules are met.
This person needs to be competent in using a MRP system and must have worked in manufacturing before in a similar capacity
Maybe as a Progress Chaser, Production Planner, Production Scheduler or Production Controller.
Reporting to the production manager, you will have the experience of liaising with internal departments as well suppliers
 
Duties :
You should also be able to demonstrate previous experience of the following tasks;
Maintaining control of the MRP System Library including updating issuing and archiving of Design Documentation, ECR/ECN, BOM’s, Parts Lists, & associated documentation .
Providing administrative support to the Engineers in the development and updating of documentation & procedures.
Supporting the administration of audits.
Maintain MRP/ERP documentation registers.
Ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
Track & manage Change Notices.
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude.
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact customer relations.
Input data and perform basic analysis (warehousing, stock, transportation data) in order to take the appropriate actions.
Daily liaison with the people throughout the business & be the person to approach when ERP/MRP Queries are raised, for internal design/engineering, manufacturing, customer services and third parties
Of particular interest would be experience of inputting, updating, & performing interrogations of ERP/MRP Systems
Ensure any manufacturing "bottle necks" or breaks in the data are highlighted to the relevant Managers and the issue rectified. 
£32 - £35k Salary. Fully onsite role
