Senior Desktop Engineer - £80K - £100K


Our client is one of the world's leading investment and asset managers, working with cutting-edge, high performance, Cloud and Data software and infrastructure.


With flexible, hybrid, working in central London, they’re looking to hire an experienced Desktop / End User Infrastructure Engineer.


You’ll be a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, across O365, SharePoint, Teams and Windows.


You’ll be key in delivering a modern, best-practice End User solution that’s fully automated through code, is scalable, and with 24x7 reliability.


They’re investing heavily in technology in London and are driving towards a Cloud-First, Cloud-Native model, using DevSecOps processes and LEAN concepts.


Requirements:


  • Proven background of End User / Desktop Infrastructure engineering
  • Extensive experience of MS 365 – Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc
  • Great Windows knowledge
  • Good understanding of Azure Active Directory
  • MS Intune and mobile device knowledge is ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A motivated, proactive approach to work
  • An understanding of ITIL, SRE and DevSecOps best practices would be ideal
