Senior Desktop Engineer, Windows 10/11, Windows AD, VMware, Citrix, SCCM, Endpoint Security

A leading professional services firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer who can help support, implement, and assist project teams across the Windows platforms.

The Role:

This position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment focused on deploying and supporting technology solutions for the corporate desktop environment, including our trade desk, European offices, and a small Mumbai user base.

Skills required:

  • Deploying and supporting Windows 10/11 desktop systems.
  • At least 3 years' experience in diagnosing hardware/software problems.
  • Experience with Windows AD administration.
  • Experience with VMware.
  • Experience with Citrix.
  • Experience with SCCM or similar for endpoint Client Management.
  • Experience with current MS Office products, including Outlook.
  • Experience in video conferencing software and equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.


Desirable/Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Network Protocols and their troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Mobile Iron basic administration.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg Professional.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Cisco Phones.
  • Experience in supporting phone recording software.
