About the Role

As a Digital Strategist , you’ll work closely with established clients and new business prospects to craft forward-thinking recruitment strategies that maximize reach and candidate quality. This role involves both strategic leadership and hands-on collaboration with internal teams to ensure client success. You’ll be at the forefront of helping clients move away from high-volume, low-quality hiring solutions by delivering tailored campaigns powered by cutting-edge tools and analytics.


Key Responsibilities as a Digital Strategist

  • Drive strategic transformation for clients, shifting them from traditional job boards to innovative, data-led recruitment campaigns .
  • Develop custom multi-channel strategies that align with clients’ hiring goals and attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor .
  • Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Analyse campaign performance using A/B testing and data insights, identifying opportunities for optimization and long-term success.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment marketing trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance diversity and inclusivity.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial leads to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals that win clients over.


About You

You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results through data-driven marketing. You have experience managing senior-level client relationships, translating complex strategies into impactful campaigns, and using insights to optimize performance.

Your experience includes:

  • Extensive knowledge of paid media strategies and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to drive ROI and solve recruitment challenges creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies.
  • A collaborative approach to working with teams, ensuring client objectives are consistently met.
  • Bonus: Experience with offline channels such as OOH or audio .
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
