Operations Manager

Hughes Architects has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager. This permanent position seeks a candidate who is tenacious, conscientious and confident. The candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Full clean driving licence – travel between offices may be necessary
  • Strong typing proficiency

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Management of staff and all associated HR duties
  • Communication with clients and third parties to ensure excellent customer service is maintained
  • Support to directors in respect of staffing, business development, accounts and business operation
  • Responsibility of offices and all associated running requirements
  • Other general administrative tasks
