Store Operations Manager

As a key member of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts team, the Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with core operational processes, including inventory management, audits, and banking.

As a role model, you will inspire your team to deliver a premium level of customer service, creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment that connects with customers' specific needs and wants.

You will lead and motivate the store team in the Store Manager's absence, maintaining high standards of presentation within the store and implementing seasonal campaigns and promotions as directed.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing and coaching a team, a customer-first approach, and a deep understanding of how a store operates, including compliance, processes, and visual merchandising.
