PPC Specialist

Job Summary: to be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms in order to drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales for our range of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive the creation, launch, and continuous optimisation of marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, and other digital channels, for each of our brands, targeting increased revenue, leads and followers, improved engagement, and brand awareness.
· Create and build campaign strategy, research keywords, analyse competitors and continue testing and optimisation.
· Analyse keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and all top-level account metrics
· Increase CTR, quality score, conversions and conversion rates and decrease CPC
· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all facets of paid search following corporate objectives.
· Work with the wider marketing team on the development of automated email marketing campaigns in various email systems, including HubSpot.
· Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
· Develop and implement new PPC strategies as the industry/market changes.
Skills and Qualities:
· Demonstrable experience of working with paid advertising platforms.
· Working knowledge of ad retargeting and look-a-like audience retargeting an asset.
· A strong marketing generalist with exposure and expertise across many areas of digital and traditional marketing.
· B2C, B2B and direct ecommerce experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
· In-depth knowledge in online customer experience (UX), effective web design, search engine marketing and optimisation, web analytics (including Google Analytics) and technologies, digital media planning and content/social media management.
· Prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
· Strong on-page SEO copywriting experience and expertise in SEO editorial best practices.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
