Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience by maintaining high standards of service.
  • Oversee staff training and development to ensure exceptional hospitality.
  • Manage the restaurant floor, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality in food and service.
  • Maintain a focus on achieving financial targets, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
  • Address guest feedback and handle any operational challenges.
  • Support in managing health and safety regulations and food safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
  • A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgets and cost control.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
