We're seeking a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team and make a real impact As the Senior HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
You'll Bring:nA passion for HR and a commitment to excellencenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsnSound judgment and problem-solving abilitiesnA keen eye for detail and a knack for organisationnProven experience in employee relations and HR best practicesnA proactive approach
Qualifications that set you apart include:nCIPD Level 5 certificatenProven experience in a generalist HR rolenUp-to-date knowledge of employment law, case law and HR best practicenAbility to deal with sensitive, pressurised, and volatile situations
