The role involves fostering a safe and positive environment where all children can enjoy their lunch break and social interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and supporting SEND pupils during lunchtime activities.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils during the lunch break.
* Encouraging positive behavior and interactions among pupils.
* Assisting pupils with their lunch routines as necessary.
* Collaborating with teachers and support staff to address any specific needs or concerns of SEND pupils.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, is desirable but not essential.
