About the Role:
Position: Assistant Team Leader (Administrator)
Location: Holmes Close, Dinnington
Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week
Working Pattern: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 10am – 2pm
Salary: £10,550 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general admin tasks such as printing rotas and archiving documents.
Prepare and distribute vouchers.
Update and print MAR charts weekly.
Collect logbooks and organise files.
Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and quality.
Observing and reporting on competencies.
